Bengali Rohingyar uses forgery Myanmar Passport

Bengali was arrested at Bahan Immigration Office when he was submitting his application for passport using forged national registration card (NRC). On 12 June 2012, around 3pm, a Bengali named Kyaw Khin@Abdul Hashin, aged 30, who lives in 123 St, Tha-byay-gone Ward, Minglar Taung Nyunt Township was found using a forged national registration card to apply a passport. This was found out by U Win Hlaing, an officer at the immigration office of Bahan Township.

Kyaw Khin was handed over to the Bahan Policepost and the police assured
'We must find out where he got the forged identification document and who made it for him. We must make sure those who commit such offense meet stiff sentences.'

Another officer from immigration department also gave comment
'It is interesting how a Bengali is able to hold a forged NRC and apply for passport.
